Since joining Ledwell in March of 2025, Terry Houck has brought a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing things the right way. In the shop, Terry plays an important role in building side panels for stakebeds and crash trucks, helping ensure every piece meets the quality standards Ledwell is known for.
Terry takes pride in his craft and understands that getting the job done right takes effort. It is not always easy work, but it’s work that matters.
One of Terry’s proudest accomplishments has been working with summer interns and teaching them to weld properly. He knows that real-world experience looks different than what is taught in school, and he takes the time to pass along the knowledge that helps keep our legacy strong. Sharing what he has learned is just one way Terry contributes to the Ledwell team.
For Terry, the most valuable lesson is simple and honest: always do the right thing. He believes that if you work hard and stick to that principle, success will follow. That belief aligns with Ledwell’s values and the way we approach every build, every customer, and every partnership.
Outside of work, Terry is a family man. He has been married to his wife, Chelsea, for four years, and together they are raising their son, Cooper. In his free time, you will likely find him on the golf course. Having grown up on a course, Terry developed his game to a pro level, and he still enjoys every chance he gets to play.
Terry also appreciates the culture at Ledwell, especially seeing Steve and Lesly walking the floor and staying connected to the team. That level of involvement reflects the Family and Legacy that continue to drive Ledwell forward.
What motivates Terry each day is simple. It is how he was raised. Show up, work hard, and do your best. That mindset shows in the quality of his work and the pride he takes in being part of the Ledwell team. We are proud to have Terry on our team and grateful for the dedication he brings every day.
